This is NOT a stock picture for you to use. It's mine.
Don't you dare steal it!

Please don't ignore, just because it's not Sonic related art work..
I'm very proud at how this came out! I didn't think I could pull it off. The bubbles could be more realistic but I have no clue who to do that..x.x There was only one decent tutorial but they didn't look like real bubbles to me.. oh well. The things I like the most, is the coral, the ruin and the sun shining in from the top of the water.^-^
Sorry for the watermark.. my bgs have been used as stock pics, without my permission, to make other pictures, twice now(that I know of)..So I have no choice..
oh! I know that artist! I forgot their name.. Their art is so amazing, so breathtaking. I have to say it's an honor that you think I might become that good some day.^-^
Wow! I was looking for references of how to draw some underwater scenes, and I came across this one. It's no wonder people would love to use it as a stock pic! It's so beautifully done. ^_^ I particularly love the way you did the sunlight, and the rays coming through the water...
Do you do any sort of tutorials for your backgrounds, or certain elements? (Like the algae/moss hanging from those rocks? Absolutely incredible!)
no I have no tutorials, sorry. But everything I do I've learned from either tutorials or by just looking at references and trying to copy it. And I've also used special brushes.
